I am looking in the N. Royalton, North Olmsted, and Lakewood areas to find reliable consistent babysitters. I currently live in N Royalton but I am moving northwest shortly. Haven't been in Ohio too long and have already had a bad experience (my babysitter stole my car) so I would really appreciate recommendations. Thank you so much!
Just wanted to thank you ladies and let you know I will be getting back to you soon - I am finalizing my move to Lakewood this week and will be switching daycares next week, with babysitters needed shortly thereafter. WHEW - been a crazy week.

I would recommend you check out Rockport Early Childhood Center. It is in Rocky River - very close to Lakewood. Can't say enough good about it.

I know of a wonderful person near Lakewood (technically West Park), that is reliable AND cheap! Yes - they do exist! Write me back if you are interested in more information. Also, depending on what time of day/night you need someone, I might be able to do it for you! I have a 2 year old boy (and a 8 yr. old boy too) but they would probably get along really well...plus I have been looking for a little extra cash to help out my family. Let me know when you need care for and I might have real answers for you. (and I already have a van, so I wouldn't need your car!! LOL!!)
I own an in home daycare. I'm not sure if this is what you would want for your child but I do have 1 opening that I'm looking to fill. I have 3 years toward elementary education degree, I have been a nanny in the past for 6 years and I started doing in home care after my son was born 2 years ago. I have references and am background checked by the city of lakewood and state of Ohio.
