Hi there. I have a great guy who is an independent contractor..he actually works for a commercial AC/Heating company and does residential on the side. I met him through a friend who is a realestate agent and he does her side/referral work for clients and does appraisals for her on repairs, that is neither here nor there but he has always done right by me...if you are interested, let me know by email and I will get you his contact info. Our air went out not too long after he fixed it. There was a warranty on it, bu the didn't realize that until I pulled out the paperwork. He wasn't trying to cheat us, just didn't realize. He is wonderful!
