We are travelling to Florida and staying in a condo so I will have a full kitchen. I was wanting some very quick and easy recipes/meal ideas for while we are there. We aren't picky eaters. I am just wanting some ideas for some quick meals that don't need a lot of prep work. Any suggestions??

What can I do next?

When we go we just make simple things. Sometimes they don't even need to be cooked. With it being hot there, we don't really like to eat hot foods so we eat a lot of sandwiches. Make your own subs. They have thin sliced meat, bread, tomatos, lettuce, mayo, pre cooked bacon and everything you could want on them at wal mart. Very simple and easy to make. We use the sara lee french bread when we make them. Also you could do hot dogs. They taste just as good heated in a microwave or a pan. I don't know if you'd like this but we love fried egg sandwiches. Just fry some eggs, toast the bread, and add a little mayo. It tastes great! You could heat up some raviolies or even get hamburger helper. All great, cheap, and fast! Have fun!

We just got back from a beach vacation. Here is what we did.

Breakfast- cinnamon rolls, bacon and eggs, pigs in a blanket and frozen waffles

lunch and dinner- spaghetti, we grilled hot dogs and hamburgers. (Make some extra so you can just reheat for later) Frozen pizzas and sandwiches. We had salad and chips for our sides

I found that my kids were too busy and excited to stop and eat- so be sure to have plenty of easy snacks on hand.

Have Fun!
