Need Maternity Belt

My Dr. reccomended I get a maternity belt to help with ligamnet pain and braxton hicks.There are so many I dont know which on is best.If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

In my experience, it depends on what size you are and how comfortable you are with a bunch of straps. If you're relatively small (lets say medium or smaller) and your belly isn't throwing quite everything off, there is a simple belt that goes around your abdomen at toys r us for something along the lines of 30 bucks or less.

I had a prenatal cradle - I'm an XL and delivered 9 lb babies - it was very strappy, quite expensive, and worth it.

My experience is that you will spend a lot of money, buy something that is a pain in the butt to put on and really doesn't work anyway.

I never got that big with my first (waiting to see for the second), but I purchased one at Wal-Mart. Sometimes it helped and sometimes it didn't. Good Luck.
