don't know if this would exactly what you are looking for:
David Hunter (Dexter and Dexter)
Orem area
Need an experienced lawyer in LLCs to set up a LLC with property in several states. We've had one lawyer in Bosie who has made a huge mess of things, and we have got to make a change. His fees are huge and our tax liabilities are going to be out of sight. Would like this lawyer to be in Meridian area, if possible.

Phil Less is an awesome lawyer who works out of the Denver area. his phone is ###-###-####. I believe there are 5 lawyers that work out of his office that do various things from LLC to elderlaw to whatever you can think of. good luck!
Brian Ballard at Hawley Troxel is excellent. His PHONE number is ###-###-####. And the benefit of using a large firm means you have a variety of expertise available, which you will soon need since you are caring for aging parents. Best to you and you family!
Hi L.,
We use Allan Bosch at the Capitol Law Group (www.capitollawgroup.net). They are located in downtown Boise but they have been fantastic and the fees have been *very* reasonable for the set up of our two LLCs. He also does wills, trusts and estate planning and they have several business-related practices they can help you with too. They assisted us with a worker's comp claim for a reasonable price and it turned out favorably for us.
You could call him to schedule a meeting to discuss your needs to see if it would even be a good fit for you. He's a no-nonsense guy and will refer you to someone else if he can't help you.
Good luck!
Bennett Tueller Johnson and Deere has fair fees and experts in this type of law. In SLC but I know they have done work up in Idaho area. www.btjd.com they do trusts and estates too. Family had experience with Barry Johnson, Taylor Anderson and Monte Deere. They are all knowledgeable and experts. good luck
Michael Coriden is out of Evergreen, but is in the DTC area frequently meeting with clients. Not only is he a nice man, he is a very good and informed business law attorney - his specialty. www.coridenlaw.com
L.,
My husband has an LLC, but it was so simple, we just hired an accountant, not a tax attorney. But if you need a reliable tax attorney, try out DaveRamsey.com and look for his ELP list (Endorsed Local Providers).
Hope this helps!

hi L., Sorry to hear about your LLC troubles. We have used a lawyer named Bill Nichols. His office is near the Idaho Center off the Garrity exit. He practices with White Peterson @ 5700 East Franklin. Bill is very thorough, takes no short cuts. At first all the questions he asked and issues he asked us to consider seemed a bit nit-picky, but we are comfortable now knowing that we are as protected as we can possibly can be. Along with an attorney, finding a knowledgeable competent CPA is key. We use Nichols Accounting group, also in Nampa. Their offices are located in buildings next to each other so the attorney and accountants can talk to each other easily. Good Luck!
