My husband and I have been married nearly 27 years. We have adopted a wonderful restaurant that has become "our place" over the years. For us it has become our anniversary tradition to dress a little more formally than usual (suit and tie for hubby, a fancy dress for me) since this is an upper scale restaurant that has a lot of class and charm. We have champagne and don't spare any expense on this occassion, it is a long and leisurly dinner. Because it is out of town we don't go there often but always look forward to our anniversary dinner there. On the milestone anniversaries we try to go out of town and stay at a B&B. Dining out isn't such a big deal but when you find some place special and make it a once a year destination it then becomes very special to you as a couple. Congratulations and I wish you many more years together.

We just spend out anniversary at a very nice B&B... it was $140 for the night and then we had a $40 dinner. We didn't have much $ to spare, and we didn't have much time with 3 children - this was romantic and personal.

Treat yourselves to a great "day" out!

There is a place in town called Oasis Hot Tubs Ann Arbor...
you can rent a hot tub by the hour... go get a massage... go out to eat... make an outing of it like you usually don't get.
Go shopping together... antiquing if you like... even an uninterrupted movie!
Get family or babysitter for the kids!

O.,

Is there a bed and breakfast anywhere near you. I did that for my 6 th anniversary, and I was pregnant at the time. I planned everything, and it was a surprise to my hubby. we had our 25 th last October. The baby I was pregnant with turned 19 this month.

O.; first of all cool name, second of all, dont fret the huge stuff like going out of town, time to rely on romance, hire a baby sitter, go back to the spot you met maybe and have a picnic, play your wedding song, dance to it, enjoy it, buy each other a present, go out to movie and dinner, buy some cute nighty and fun for him stuff, or body oils, just enjoy each other and have fun, we used to buy the kids gifts and made our own tradition of sharing and caring, have fun and enjoy life, D. s

you can get an awesome couples massage and stay at a hotel for the night. They have awesome massages and/or just get the massage and spend a nice, quiet romantic evening at home.

If it were me, I'd keep it cheap and get going on starting those babies! Children are the best gift you could give each other and, the longer you put it off, the harder it will be to adjust!
