I need to have a word/Name for the this and I am stubbed on trying to think of a creative name.

Thematic? There are hundreds of cultural myths/legends that deal with transformatio (Bats for example, with a title of 'Going Batty', would only make sense if you outlined bats being a symbol of rebirth) n, but they'd be meaningless unless they were referenced in your work.

Honestly, when I hear "shedding," I think of "molting." Not sure if that's the vibe you're going for, though.
"Triumph" may be more aspirational, but perhaps not as specific as what you're seeking?
Blossoming, evolving come to mind.
