I need something that can help me loost 10 to 15 bls fast. I have tried everything and nothing is working I need a miracle. Help

I agree with cutting out carbs completely, atleast to get started, thats what I have recently done and it is working great. At the moment I am only eating Meat and Eggs. Then I will start to add different low carb things to keep me balanced and determine what a good level of carbs is for me.

Okay, I did, and found a reference to the magazine article that I had read in the first place.

and you do this "what you can and what you can't have" part. as the article in women's world magazine.

this is a very strict diet on what you can and can't eat, but, you do get to eat.

when I did this years ago, you can't have sweet fruit, so my snacks were popcorn and bananas.

I feel so bad for all these women who think that just because they lose some weight with a diet that is the "trick" or "the one" that is going to work this time. Ugh. Poor souls. I hope Americans will catch on soon, but it seems the rest of the world knows these things but us .... anyway, if you want to lose weight quickly, up to 90 lbs even ... here is what you do: CUT OUT YEAST!!!! Do the research ... Your first round of ingredients may cost you about $100, but it will be well worth it, my friend.

You will need:
Olive Leaf Extract (take this for two months)
Caprylic Acid (take this for two months)

A really good multistrand PROBIOTIC such as PB-8 or Primal Defense ... you want to take this FOREVER

Glutamine powder (1 tsp 2 x/ day) or Intestinew is good

Multi-enzyme

I have the best solution for you. A colon cleansing. No it is not glamorous. But it works. I use OxyPowder http://www.oxypowder.com/ to kickstart my weight loss.

It has worked in the past, I usually lose water weight at first, then you will see your body feeling much "cleaner and more efficient".

You can substitute the oxypowder with something from the Vitamin Shoppe or GNC. But you will need a thorough cleansing, not just something like tea or some herbs. If you select the right product, you will really see great results and will let your body release toxins and the stuff that shouldn't be in there anyway.

Make sure you drink a lot of water, the more the better. And be near a bathroom, until you know how your body will respond to the cleansing. I usually start the process on the weekend, so my body has time to adjust to going to the bathroom more frequently.

Make sure you eat clean (fruits and veggies, shakes, smoothies, wheat, no white rice/ and limit sugars) This will help your body release fat/toxins.

Exercising each day for a minimum of 50 minutes will help you feel better, stronger and help your body squeeze out toxins and use fat stores.

Take vitamins and extra calcium so your body will have what it needs to lose weight.

Also, keep this in mind: In the long run, if you weight train, in addition to cardio/walking/running you will burn more calories all day long, but if you are looking for a short term weight loss, building muscle will weight more at first until the muscle burns off the fat stores.

Stop eating simple carbs. Eat protein, vegetables and whole grain only. Limit your calories and excercise 4-5 times a week. Depending on how much you weigh if you do this for a few months you should be able to loose 10-15 lbs. Without a problem.

low carb. I have lost 7lbs. in one week. meat,cheese,eggs,green vegetables,salads,nuts,and lots of water and no soft drinks unless diet.You can only have 20 carbs a day so be careful, Very important take one day a week a eat what u want just dont over do it. WATCH IT MELT AWAY P.S.take lots of fiber u will get stopped up

I agree with the others that exercising more helps, cutting out carbs/starches, even counting calories will help you monitor everything that you intake. Weight loss supplements, or any kind of vitamin in a pill or tablet form gets absorbed only 10-15% by the time it breaks down in the body. work out 3 times a week minimum and work your way up to most days of the week for 30-45 mins, mixing cardio and toning. add that to a healthy diet and it will come off. accept no fad pills or solutions because they are all bad for you!
