Wow that's tough! No hobbies, no time, no idea!! I think the gift of time would be the answer, can't really wrap it up, but if you're too busy to go on a date, you had better make time with two little ones in the house. Line up a sitter, plan a date, and make it happen for your kids' sake you have to spend time alone together! Some suggestions - a favorite restaurant, dinner & movie, dinner & dancing, or something you enjoy. In nicer weather I'd suggest wrapping a stocked picnic basket, good bottle of wine & tickets to an outdoor concert. But do something together, even if it's just dinner out alone around the corner from the house! I did that when my daughter was young & nursing, mil stayed with the kids, we ate, I went home to nurse, then we went out again. It can & must be done to avoid pitfalls in marriage that happen with little ones at home. :) Sorry, didn't mean to lecture, just been there, done that & warn all moms of babies-to-preschoolers to get out with their spouse because little ones stress a marriage, big-time.
Other suggestions, good scotch, a bottle of his favorite wine or other fine liquors, good cigars, a subscription to a magazine that he enjoys, even cheese-head sports paraphernalia. :)
Have fun!!
