Go to the meat department at Walmart around 11 am. They have awesome boxes for packing, especially the tyson ones. They're strong, have hand holds, clean & free! You can usually get enough in 1 trip or hit multiple stores! Any day of the week!

We moved my Granny last week & also bought Christmas wrap for 10 cents a role to use as packing paper! Cheapest move ever!!!

I am located in Murphy if you still need to pick up boxes. They are very sturdy boxes from my Mary Kay inventory orders. I recommend them because they are not too big so they don't get over packed. You can have them for free. I haven't counted lately how many there are, but there is a stack of them.
You can reach me via phone if that is faster.

You've already been told, but Craig's List under FREE. You have to be FAST - I mean really fast, they go quick. I've received and given boxes this way, and my boxes were picked up within 45 minutes of posting! If you can't find any free boxes, check out Best Price Boxes. They sell new and used boxes, the new one's are prob 40% less than Container Store, Uhaul, Lowe's etc. The used boxes are even less...

Hi, there-
I just moved and have a garage full of boxes. They are all different sizes and some are not in the best shape, but she is more than welcome to have them. We were just about to recycle them. E-mail me at ____@____.com if you would be interested in getting them.
P.S. I am in Plano.

Search on craigslist.com under "free". I normally see free moving boxes there. Good luck to your friend!

I don't have any boxes, but check craigslist under free. Often times people are willing to give away their boxes if you pick them up. Also, I know when I was in college in North Carolina, we would always go to the grocery stores and ask them if they have any boxes.

I've found free boxes on Craigslist before. You might try there.

I'm with Victoria.... Ask your local grocer. If you are a regular customer they will give them to you. Also check the stores that sell wine and beer...they might give you some boxes as well.

Craigslist is another option.
