My nearly 5 year old just made the connection that girls don't have penises. He was horrified. What is your favorite book (and why) on this subject for preschoolers. Rather avoid the whole "how babies are made" topic for now. He has Aspergers so I think he's a little behind on his understanding of these topics.

I read "It's not the Stork" to my 4 year old and she really seemed to get it. You can pick and choose the sections that you want to read.

I got my kids books from the Christian bookstore. They were about $12.95 each. There are separate one's for boys and girls and they are divided by ages. Like 3-5, 6-8, etc. So maybe the younger one would be good for him. Good luck!
