Hi,
okay about 5 months ago i had surgery, i had a huge cyst on my left ovary, so they had to take out half of my left ovary bc of this. Well 2 months ago i went back to the doctor due to pains again, come to find out, i have another cyst and scar tissue there from the surgery. well we decided to put me on birth control to try and get rid of the cyst, well 3 days ago, i started feeling sick, Very Nausious, and yesterday my pains came back felt like someone was ripping my skin. I spent half the day puking, couldnt keep anything down, Felt like morning sickness, but im not prego.
Didnt know what could be causeing me to be nausious, if it could be from the cyst, and what could i do
to get rid of it.
Thanks

It could be from the birth control pills. Some of them make me very nauseous and cause vomiting. Maybe call the doctor and ask for a different pill?

Go in and see your Dr. right away.

For feeling like you need to throw up - SEA BANDS - are just wonderful.
They REALLY work well.

Take care and God Bless.

Call your doctor and tell him/her about both the nausea AND pain. That kind of pain is not normal 2 months after surgery. You could have an infection brewing in there. I'm not a doctor or nurse, so I could be wrong, but I got an infection after my 3rd C-section, and the pain was so bad I opted to go back into the hospital for IV antibiotics and morphine! I started feeling better in less than 24 hours. Another possibility is that your cyst ruptured. Best thing is to call your doctor ASAP.
Hope you feel better soon! :)

It could be a combination of the birth control pills, and your partial ovary being removed... and it affecting your hormones.
But the pain... you need to tell your Doc or the Surgeon.
Hopefully there is no infection or anything.

Call your Doc.

Go back to the doctor and tell them you are very sick. It could be the birth control pills, so they could try a different pill. But they could also give you a mint smelling salt, it makes your nausea go away. I had surgery recently too and they gave me those and pressure point bracelets and they worked great. Also there are vitamin b suckers that H.. I would try anything there is out there for nausea. Just ask your doctor.

I think you need to run not walk back to your doctor. Nausea and severe pain are not normal. Your doctor really needs to know what's going on, even if its just a note stuck in your file.
