Looking for a Natural Skin care line that actual works and that has NO PARABENS in it or any other ickies in it- Is there anything out there locally that people like and works well. I was going to try Whole Foods but I think they havea few lines they carry. Dont know which works best?? Since they are spendy I would like to pick teh right one w/o alot of trial and error. Ive tried Arbonne already and its is nice and smells great but it also has the parabens in it which Im trying to stay away from- less is best for me- thanks in advance- H.

What can I do next?

Hi H.,
I am in love with Eminence, it's an organic, handmade product line from Hungary, and it's fabulous!!! It's a totally results orientated line and paraben free. The sell it at Cole's salon (which has locations in the southern suburbs...Savage would be closest to Shakopee).

Hi H., I actually use Daisy Blue products and LOVE them. They are free of all the harmful ingredients including paraben, the one you mentioned. I've used the products on myself and my children and especially recommend the bar soaps (I hated bar soaps until I tried these), the lotions, the lip balm, the essential oils, and the pillow mist spray. Jenna who developed the whole product line is a chemist and a mom who did not want herself and her children exposed to the harmful ingredients in the products commonly available. I purchase my products from Jennie (I see she posted before me). If you find you will be purchasing a ton, I would recommend talking to Jennie about becoming a consultant. It is honestly worth trying the products -- you won't want anything else after you do. Feel free to e-mail me if you have questions. Jennie's is also South of the River (Rosemount) and her contact information is:

Hi H. - I've used Alba products and they are pretty good. I know that the Wedge Coop in Minneapolis carries a lot of great natural skin products and the people working the health and beauty counter are very helpful. I would suggest checking the Wedge out. Good luck! C.
