I got one of those cheap plastic ones last year at Walmart. They're out again. I want to say it was $5-6. I got a cheap pillow to go with it and used an old pillow case to put it all in.
I'm just starting to search for a nap mat for my toddler to take to MDO in the fall. Where did you find yours? How much did you spend? Thanks

I saw some at the new Wal Mart in Highland Village on Wednesday. They are putting out all their school supplies. I don't know how much they were though.
I make nap mats, if you're still interested in a mat. Each mat features an attached pillow, rolls up neatly for storage and is personalized with your child's name embroidered on the back by the handle. You can also opt to add a blanket on the mat. Thanks!
I'm actually in the process of making them. I'm making one for my son right now (he's always my tester). LOL www.MammaGs.web's.com
All of my friends and I got ours from http://www.mynappak.com/ We love them. The kids all like them and they wash up well. Be sure to find your local sales rep (they are listed on the site)so you can avoid shipping charges and they might give you a better price than online too. Ours did. One thing to be sure of though is to check for any rules your MDO has. Some require the vinyl ones, others have size restrictions.
I found one at Walmart last year about this time with the school supplies, and I think I spent $6 on it.
I ordered one from JCPenney for about $15. It has a pillow and blanket attached and rolls up. The pillow is rather thin, but it is cute and my kid loves it!
