My daughter used to love veggies once I started giving her REAL veggies (not baby food). You didn't say how old your son is, so it all depends on his age. If he's still on the mashed veggies, try giving him very soft cut up veggies. If he's already eating them cut up, or whole, depending on his age...try to mix them in something. Sometimes, now that she's becoming picky, I give her the gerber rice and veggie soup mixes. Sometimes I mix it with other food, in mashed potatoes and gravy, covered in melted cheese. It seems that the more she can't taste them, the more she'll eat them. I think it's because when I make them for her I don't add butter, or salt to them. I only say this because when my husband makes it, he adds alot of salt and pepper, and heats them in butter and she LOVES them... Just try to season them with something, and if he likes cheese, that's the best thing. Everyone keeps telling me that cheese is important in her diet, so I'm assuming that to add some melted cheese to veggies is probably one of the better and easier ways to "trick" them into eating healthy. Good luck.
