My Son Is Looking for a Place to Skateboard

I know a few people who attend the Calvary Church on rt.19. They have a great youth program for your daughter and a skatepark for your son. It's a very young population that attend the church, too, which is sometimes hard to find down here in FL.

9th Street N (MLK) & 64th (or so) Ave N

I have two nephews (10 and 12) and they love 688 skatepark. I believe it is in either Pinellas Park or St. Pete (maybe even Largo). They have neighbors that are middle school and high school boys- they all love it too. I have never been there myself so I cannot say whether or not I would send my child, but it is worth a look I suppose!

I believe there is a pretty nice place in tampa. And also one of the recreation centers in the largo area across from the largo police station have a ramp and stuff were the kids skatboard. My son is 8 and also loves to skatboard but not quite ready i don't think for one of those yet he's pretty new to it. If your son is in the the rob & big black line my son is crazy for it. check out pac sun at country side mall they have alot of the newer stuff. Goof luck!!
