Hi L.. Have your parent's thought about buying a spec home or one that's in the process of being built? I am not in sales but do work for a home builder that builds out there and now really is a good time to buy a new home with all of the incentives that are available. I wish I would have waited to purchase my home because when we bought a little over three years ago everything was an upgrade and nothing came standard. Just a thought.
