It's often harder to lose wieght after each baby is born. I have three and haven't lost weight either. Makes me sick sometimes that I have extra pounds on me- I'm 4'11 so it looks really bad.
I find that if I stick to this schedule I don't gain weight- I drink water 24/7 and exercise 30 minutes 3 x a week and don't eat anything after 7pm. I don't stick to the last one that why I think I haven't lost any weight.
Try these things and I hope you have some success.
