I second the Safe House. I was there many years ago it was just a bar then. But it is set up like a Cold War spy safe house.

Our spring break is more of a staycation this year. We'll be heading to Milwaukee for a few days and I have planned a few things but need a few more. Outside of Discovery World, the zoo and the Milwaukee Art Museum, are there any other attractions that are worthwhile to see with a 15 & 13 yr old?
Post Milwaukee, I'm "forcing" everyone to go to the House on The Rock : )

You HAVE to find The Safe House restaurant. It is a spy theme, but really cool, especially for that age. The building is non-descript, you have to know the 'code' to get in and there is even a secret exit.
The Zoo is amazing and they used to have very nice Botanical Gardens. But I haven't been to those in years.
Harley Davidson Museum
Discovery World would be much cooler for the kids than the Art Museum - Art Museum is cool from the outside though.
Eat lunch at TGIF that is in the Brewer Stadium (Miller Park) seats overlook the field.
The Safe House is ok, it's a bit old and outdated. I guess it's worth a trip for lunch.
On Marquette's campus is the oldest structure in North America. It is the St. Joan of Arc Chapel, which was originally built in St. Augustine, FL, but was disassembled and reconstructed on Marquette's campus several years ago. I'm a History teacher, so I'd do that too :)
Have a great time. Milwaukee in the summer time is pretty darn nice--like a low-stress Chicago and you can walk or bike to pretty much anything in the area.
