I don't know if your looking for a female OB but Dr. Decker is the best doctor I've ever had and wish he could be my sons doctor too lol.
Hey, I am new to the website, and coming to Tucson in September. He is active duty military and will be stationed at DMAFB. I was wondering if anyone could tell me a good ob for c-sections. I had one with my first child, and plan to have another one in December.

My OB is really good with all types of deliveries and has excellent bedside manner as well. She is very personable and I had a friend that had a C-Section with her before I went to her. Her name is Jennifer Hutchison. Her number is ###-###-####. I have never had a C-Section myself.

Hello! I my husband is AD and we have been in Tucson for 5 years. It is my opinion that no matter where you choose to live there is crime, it is everywhere. There are a lot of military in the Rita Ranch community and in the Vail school district. I do not live in Rita Ranch but do live in the Vail School district and we are VERY happy with our home. If you would like to email me I will give you a little more information on my community as we still have new homes being built.
As far as an OB, I LOVE mine, Dr Tran is great! I have had 2 C-Sections and she did the second one. She is SO nice and has excellent bed side manner. Her office is right across the street from TMC. Her brother is military and she has great respect for those of us in the military.
Well I hope that you get lots of suggestions so that you can make an educated decision.
Good Luck~
Hi A....We like Tucson and as far as an ob, I went to Grace Maternity. They are a group of women drs and all of them are great!!! I had and unscheduled c-section after a long labor and they were great! I healed really well and I especially liked Dr. Damiaru, and Dr. Schneider. You kind of get whoever is on call, but if you are having a scheduled c-section you might be able to choose who you want. Dr. Fewell did my surgery and she was great too!!! Email me if you have any specific questions. Oh yeah they are on the NW side of town and deliver at Northwest Women's Center.
I'm not sure how she is with c-sections, being that I'm an 8 month pregnant 1st time mom, but Dr Ah-Ni Tran is a great doctor. Her office is at the corner of Craycroft and Grant, directly across the street from TMC (one of the 2 hospitals in Tucson with a NICU) and not far from base... she's also covered through TriCare. Good luck!
