When will my baby start teething she is 5 months and drooling everywhere?
I also have another question what can I use if my baby got little white fluid blisters? I talk to my ped and she said with her being 5 months its not really nothing they can give her.
She called them viral.
How would I know if my baby has allegies it doesn't run in the family but she wakes
up with it look like cold or matter inside her eyes.
My ped prescribed my baby some benadryl, maalox, and tylenol which was actually mixed at the pharmacy. So in all reality I could have probably save money and mix these together myself. I was told to rub it 4 times a day on the sore and they should go away after 5 days.
The white sores sound like it could be thrush...there is treatment for it, I think my daughter got Amoxicillin (sp?) and it went away. They say it's pretty painful for babies to have. I would either ask your ped again or seek a 2nd opinion. Hope she starts feeling better soon!
I think I know about those white blister things.. My daughter had them.... My ped said to mix Benedryl & Malox and suirt it on the sores directly... use a surenge... do this a couple times a day. it will help with the pain
She could be starting to cut teeth now, especially if she is drooling alot. They can start as early as just a couple of months until 14 mo. (like my first one did). The blisters sound like thrush to me. Let the doc see her. Good Luck!
It could be thrush, she needs to see the Doctor to rule that out. Thrush is common is babies and hurts. There is medicine to treat thrush.
My kids got those little white sores on their gums right before their teeth popped out. Can you feel any little sharp things on her gums?
I'm assuming if the doc called them viral, then they must be something else... but sometimes moms know more than docs!!
