any time pretty much my g-ma said she got it from day one mine showed up 4-6 weeks into it

it just depends usually at the earliest it would be around 5 weeks. Most don't start getting really sick until week 6 to week 8.
With my son I was sick the day I found I was pregnant. With this new baby it was the same way. I was only about 4-5 weeks with both. I was sick for 2 months with my son and 4 months with this one. I just started getting better with this baby.
