You're past the three month mark. Ususally, it stops by then. I wouldn't worry. My sister is pg too and she has a couple of good days, then some bad. It's not unusual for it to stop and start or just end. My first pregnacy went like that. One day I was sick and the next I wasn't. I'm not going to tell you not to worry, you will anyway. Good luck and congradulations.

Hi M. L,

I am the mother of 5 children and this sounds very normal to me. With all my pregancies the first timester was very hard with the morning sickness that lasted 24 hours a day. But when I was coming out of the first into the second trimester the sickness just went away almost like magic. Your okay. Enjoy it!:)

You are prettymuch past your first trimester so it is perfectly normal with my oldest I didn't even have morning sickness so don't worry enjoy. I understand losing a child it is hard but hang in there it gets easier but never goes away whether its by misscarrage or other ways. But I think you are doing good don't worry it's normal if you ever need anything esle write

I did the same thing...but if you are worried then ask. I think that there is no reason to worry your entire pregnancy and so that is what your dr is there for to make you feel better. So I say if you would feel better to call the dr or to just make an appt then go for it!!
Good luck and Congrats on the new baby

Call your doctor ANYTIME sbout ANYTHING that concerns you about your pregnancy. You know your body best, right? In all probability, she'll say, "You're fine, M.. Enjoy your food for the next trimester," and you'll feel a little silly but relieved which is much better than worrying, or, worse, not getting help in time if there is a problem.
Congrats on your pregnancy! I have a 7 year old, 5 (almost 6) year old, 21 month old, and a 2 1/2 month old. My doctor knows he'll be hearing from me about every monor concern, too, but it's always better to err on the side of caution where the little onces are concerned.
Good luck, and let us know what you find out.

I doubt that you have anything to worry about. The same thing happened to me. I was 17 weeks pregnant and had not been able to keep anything down except chocolate milkshakes, and then one morning I woke up and realized I was famished. I ate a few pieces of toast and when I hadn't thrown up a few hours later I knew I had passed a major milestone. I thought it would occur closer to 12 weeks, but its differant for everyone. Lots of people told me it would work like that. i would feel horrible one day and absolutly perfect and hungry and have lots of energy just one day later. I now have a very healthy and happy 4 month old! I think you are just fine. Enjoy this time, it is the best before you are so big you cant move and able to eat!

M.- I can completely understand your concern. I had a successful pregnancy after a miscarriage- but every cramp, gas bubble, change in energy, change in appetite, EVERY LITTLE THING- made me think "oh my god, is it happening again?" My advice is, morning sickness will come and go and there is no magic number of weeks when it will or won't disappear. And although I tell you not to worry, I know you will anyway because you are a good Mom. Be realistic and watch for the big signs- intense cramping, bleeding, etc. Otherwise, enjoy every moment of this pregnancy- every time you are bent over the toilet, let yourself smile- even if only briefly- THIS is what life is about- and if you can make it though a miscarriage- a bit of dry heaving and vomit is NOTHING. Congratulations and I wish you a happy pregnancy!

My morning sickness really disappeared at around 14 weeks as well. I would ask you doc for sure, but I think it is very normal.

Just for peace of mind, call your doctor and tell her. If you miscarried back in June, then it would be a good idea to make sure everything is ok. Don't worry about if you think you are going to bother your doc...that's what she is there for!! It is better to be safe and know for sure what is going on, then to not know what is happening. I don't really remember when I quit getting morning sickness, all I remember is that it was great!! It could be very normal that it just stops all the sudden, but you never know until you can confirm it. Best of luck and congratulations!!

I had morning sickness for about 2 weeks and then nothing. If something feels wrong or your worried, please see your doctor. Your concerns are justified and perfectly normal to just want to hear the heart beat, especially after having a miscarriage. We've all done it and if your doctor makes you feel bad for being worried please get a different one. Good luck to you and may you have a wonderful pregnancy.

Hi! How are you doing? Sounds like you made it through the morning sickness stage. I call them stages, first trimester is the morning sickness / sick stage, second trimester is the stage when you can eat just about anything. You are just far enough in your pregnancy your body may be used to being pregnant. I do not think it is anything to be alarmed about. Be happy you are not having the feeling like puking everything up anymore! It is wonderful that you can be more comfortable about being pregnant. If you still have a concern about it though, I would make for sure you contact your doctor. That is actually what there job is and what they are getting paid for. I hope this helps you! Good luck and enjoy the new baby!

The sickness is caused by rising levels of HCG. After about three months, the levels should begin to taper off and your morning sickness should subside. Of course, with some people it continues. Good luck!

Hi M., I can totally understand that your scared.
You need to know that every preganancy is different.. have you ever heard that after 12 weeks you are than likely to go through with your pregnancy? well thats what the doctors have told me. i know that may not help much but its true. however you still may want to take it easy... i'm a strange one though i've been having the morning sickness off and on after the twelve weeks. i'm also pregnant with my third child, i'm 23 weeks. my last pregnancy wasn't that long ago, he will be a year next month. I cramped and spotted quite a bit with him but hes came out a healthy 9lb 15 1/2 oz. so i just try to remember that just because you have a few complications, every pregancy is different. well i hope this has helped and stop worring chris

I don't think you have anything to worry about. With my first daughter, I was sick from three days into my pregnancy up until ten minutes before I delivered. I got sick on an average of 4 times a day and not one day did I not get sick. My second daughter, I wasn't sick until about six weeks into it. Some days were better than others and just like you, there were some days I didn't get sick at all. However, after a short period of time, the morning-ha, it was all day long sickness-returned. So, don't worry I am sure everything is fine. I also know that it is more common to have morning sickness your first trimester. Good Luck with the rest of your pregnancy!
