You need to talk to your obgyn and/or your primary doctor. After you get the facts you need to weigh the benefits with the risks. If this medication is not classified safe for use during pregnancy, the doctors will change you to something that is.
Plz speak w/ ur Rheumatologist. I have RA & Lupus & the Rheumatologist changed me off of it to Plaquanil. They can give you a lot of info so you can make an informed decision. I was also placed w/ a high risk OBGYN to make sure I was ok. Good luck!

The website says don't take if you are pregnant. It also says don't take it if you live close to the Ohio or the Mississippi River.....RA is an immune system disorder and there are other routes you can take besides pharmaceutical symptom relief. The immune system CAN be strengthened so you don't have symtoms. I have friends that are symptom free from disorders like RA, MS, Fibromyalgia and me, Ulcerative colitis...It's not a complex thing to do, it is actually quite simple. You just need to understand what you are doing and follow through. It's not an expensive process either. Let me know if you want more information.
