You could starting checking people out now but I would not set anything up definitely until a month before you go back to work. I am a Registered DayCare Provider in Allen. I have almost 32 years of experience. I can interview now but would not do anything until about a month before. My webiste is www.kapkasdaycare.com or my association is www.pickofnorthtexas.com. We have allot of valuable information on our associations website. Good Luck and God Bless!

Hi R.!

Have you ever thought of hiring live-in childcare? My husband and I hired a magnificent au pair through Cultural Care Au Pair two years ago to help us take care of our daughter while we are at work.

What I love about it is that our daughter gets to stay at home, she is not exposed to viruses, etc. of other children, and we do not have to worry about racing home through traffic to pick her up on time. Also, if my daughter catches a cold and needs to go to the pediatrician, our au pair takes her! This way we can save our vacation days for vacation!

Our au pair takes her to the park, to play dates, she does our daughter's laundry, and just loves, loves, loves on her.

Feel free to send me a message if you have questions. I also now several websites that can help you cull through the volumes of childcare options, as well as a list of interview questions to consider!

Best wishes in your search for the right childcare for your precious new baby!

R.,
I'm looking to care for one child in addition to my own. My youngest boy just turned 15 months, and my older boys are 10 and 8yrs.old (going into 4th and 3rd.) and a sweet step daughter that is going into 2nd grade. We live in Frisco between Coit and Hillcrest, close to Main. I cared for a wonderful little girl in my home until I went on bedrest with my youngest. She and her family were a true blessing to ours...I would love again to find one family and to care for another child in my home with my son. We have a Godly home with a lot of love to give. My home isn't the typical in-home daycare. I prefer to have 1 or 2 children to care for so that my time and attention can be devoted to them... I was a nanny in college and so I kind of think of it as being a nanny in my own home. I would love to speak with you. My name is C. ###-###-####

I am an in-home child care provider. I live near 121 and Stacy road. I'm in the Brookstone neighborhood. I would love to meet with you closer to time. I have taken care of children in my home for over 4 years. I'm listed with the state and stay up to date with CPR and first aid training. I have a list of references. I'm not sure what my availability will be around that timing but please keep me in mind.

Mother of 2 (5 yr old and almost 2 yr old) Married 8 yrs. Christian home. Non smoking. Loving enviroment.

You may call to set up an appointment. I would say probably some time right after the baby is born would be fine. If you have 8 weeks off that will give you plenty of time plus who ever you go with may not know their availablity any earlier than that.

I pray everything goes well with the delivery.
