DreamClinic in Seattle (NE 65th and 8th ish) is great. Not very spa like, but the prices are reasonable and they do a great job. I have seen Amalia there several times - she treated me for some serious neck pain and also gave me exercises to do at home. I would highly recommend the place in general.

I absolutely love Greenlake Massage. They also take most insurance companies if that's an option for you. http://www.greenlakemassage.com/

I have been going to see Danielle Lowinger at Helix Massage Therapy (in Queen Anne) for years now and I love her. She will do onsite massage for an additional fee, which is one of the reasons I love her! So nice!

The mom site I am on a lot is also giving away an incredible prize package for Valentine's Day and there is a massage from Urban Arts Healing Studio in the prizes! The url is http://bit.ly/b1OuBc

This is purely just informational, In Spa, they have a millcreek, and woodinville locations. I went there it was quaint but nothing spectular. I have heard good things about massage envy, but haven't tried personally.
