Does anyone knows the best way to clean marble floors? Is it a good idea to use the shark (steam) on them?
I also want to know what's the best way to clean marble bathrooms. It's so annoying that any little drop of water will stain the marble around the sink. I don't understand the use of marble in bathrooms when it will get stained every time I turn on the water..... I hate it, I have no time to make sure it's all dry every time I or the rest of the family wash their hands or teeth.......
Any suggestion beside changing them?

What can I do next?

Talk to a mar le specialist about having the marble sealed in he bathroom. Sealing it properly should prevent the water marks

It sounds like there is no sealer left on the marble in the bathroom. A good sealer will last a couple of years, you should be able to find one at Home Depot or Lowes. For the floor, steaming should be ok, I would ask the stone guy when you're out getting a sealer to reccomend a good cleaner. They say nothing that has acid in it, either pH balanced or alkaline depending on what you are trying to clean off of the marble, they make a special cleaner, or you can just use mild soap and water for the easy jobs. Good luck!

Not sure, but might waxing or oiling them (the bathroom) help? I would call your local cleaning supply store and ask them if there is a specific compound for that.
