I'm not sure if this will help you or not, but there is a website called fitwatch.com, maybe you can find out what portions to use on there.
Hi Moms! A few months ago I came across a great article in a magazine about how to save money and make your own snack packs for kids. The article talked about how many goldfish or how many pretels made up a 100 claorie pack or a snack size bag like you can buy pre-packed at the grocery stores. Unfortunately I can't seem to find the magazine or any luck while searching the magazine sites. Just wondering if anyone might have seen this. I am thinking it was either in "Parenting" or "Parents" magazine. Thanks for your help!

I just use the little snack bags and divide the snacks into one serving size according to the packaging. For the little guys, they can usually share a bag. Usually, the servings are given in cup sizes, so I just scoop it out with a measuring cup, and it works well. GL!
this might be what you're looking for. it didn't come from a magazine but it was online. it's a pretty complete list! scroll most of the way down and you'll find a section with goldfish and pretzels and all. hope it helps!

Why don't you pack whole foods instead of pretzels and gold fish crackers? Check this out>
