I am looking for a reputable maid service in Collin County. We had previously used pop-ins but the ladies who cleaned the house did not speak English at all and I could never communicate with them what I needed done. Please let me know of any good or bad dealings you have had with maid services in Plano/Allen/Mckinney and who you would recommend. We need someone who will speak English so that I am able to converse with them. Thanks!!!
Thanks everyone! I called and checked the prices of the places recommended and decided to go with Sonshine Cleaning Services. They were the BEST priced cleaning service out of everyone. I had them out this past Tuesday and they did an excellent job! My husband and I are very pleased and are looking forward to them coming back next month!
I used Maid Brigade. There were usually 2 of the ladies that came out and one of them always spoke good enough English!

We use My Maid Service. I simply can not say enough good things about them. They always do an excellent job and they all speak english. At the end of each cleaning, they leave a sheet for you to rate their cleaning and leave any comments. So, the next time that they come they make sure that they meet all of your needs. They are also insured and bonded and use a private investigator to run background checks on all of their employees. That really gave me a piece of mind. Here is their website:
