Losing the Topfat

ok, run your hand down your belly and when you get to your "hooha" is there a mound? Since I had my second child my top sticks out like I have junk like a man. I am working out and losing the weight, but not there. I don't have moose lips, the swelling went down, but this mound on top is seriously bugging me. What can I do to get rid of it? I wear sweatpants to the gym instead of my regular yoga pants cause It looks pretty thick down there. Help please.
Sorry, did I totally ruin everyone's day?

You shouldn't have asked me to do that! Now I will obsess about that and have to come back to see what everyone says! :) When I used to see men with this, I called it pube-fat....I really don't want to use that word for myself.

It's more muscle than fat. Chances are slim that you will be able to get rid of it. Actually the more you work out, the bigger it will probably get, since it is a muscle, sorry. Your best bet is to try Pilates. The stretching that you do with Pilates might make the muscles stretch out and appear smaller because they won't be in one place.

you may have to lipo that off..or try P90X...i had to get some lipo b/c i had a C sec and the doc left me with a nice golf ball lump on the left side of my scar..i do the ab ripper X by P90X..i was doing most of the workouts from that program and my body was about 20% better than it is now..but my belly is flat..start your day with an ice cold glass of water to get your metabolism going...up your proteins..and lower carbs but don't quit..stop sugar and lay low on dairy..
mix up your workout routines..try pilates..spin..the P90X ab ripper X dvd..do about 45 minutes of weights 2x's a week at least..b/c muscle burns calories all the time..cardio burns while you work out and for about an hour after..
i also run..i'm 45..i was just diagnosed with hypothyroid..i spin..run..do weights..and sometimes take classes..when i workout i workout hard..and its harder with hypothyroid..spin will really burn off a lot if you spin the best you can ..if you don't already..i suggest you take a class..and put that in your workout regiment..yoga is great but not for losing belly fat..
i think that's about all i know about that..

It's more normal to be padded there than not, as soon as one hits puberty.

Ok so I'm dying to see an answer that doesn't require surgery... I have always had what I refer to as a "puffy muff" or a "F.U.P.A" (sorry to be crass but... that stands for "fat upper pu$$y area") But after having 4 kids it's puffier/fatter than before. I had a tummy tuck and my belly looks amazing (all things considered) but that part did not improve AT ALL...
I will say that my hubby (not the dad of my four kids by the way) says it's more comfortable to be intimate with someone who has that cushion than with someone without a pad there... so maybe there is some upside?! LOL!

LOL nope didn't ruin my night! I have the same thing, I get embarassed about it and use loose fiting pants to the gym. I don't know how to lose weight in that area either, I'll read your answers for tips!
