I really love the one at St. Richards Episcopal. They have a 2 and 3 day for that age group. If you want to check them out, they are doing drop off care on M,W,F. I think it's 25$/day.
My daughter went to King of Kings Lutheran Church's preschool: "Children's Learning Center" last year when she was 4. It was 3 mornings a week, cost about $220/month. It really prepared her for kindergarten, plus I liked how the school was run. They are on 620 next to the HEB, near O'Conner. Also, a lot of my friends took their kids to Council Oaks and loved it. I've heard they often have a waiting list, so you need to get the info from them asap.
My daughter started at Kids Day Out this year and we love it. www.kidsdayout.net
Harmony Hill preschool off Gattis School road has an awesome pre-k program (my son is in it now) with a great philosophy of learning through play. My son can write MOM on pictures he draws me, his name, Dad, and any word I spell for him. They are really reasonably priced and while their 5 and 3 day programs are usually full, they have plenty of space in their 2 day pre-k program. They have a website: http://www.harmonyhillpreschool.com/
Goddard School has a children's festival this weekend and is doing tours. Saturday, 2 - 5 pm, details http://www.goddardschool.com//Schools/Cedar-Park-TX/Schoo...
My kids went to Victory Baptist Church mother's day out and absolutely loved it. It's a small program with one room per age, but Deborah, the director, is fantastic and really does a great job. My boys still miss it. They're on 1431 near the Target in Cedar Park. Might be too far from you, but we live in Round Rock and went there. It's one of the least expensive two-day MDOs out there. My twins are in pre-k in the RR school district now and scored the two best academically in their class and I'm sure that the preparation they got at MDO played a part. Good Luck!
My girls (now ages 16 & 12) went to Stepping Stone (http://www.steppingstoneschool.com). I highly recommend them.
I can't say enough good things about Council Oak Preschool!!
They have a 3 day and 2 day a week program. They are very reasonable (compared to many others we researched around the area.) When my son was pre-k there last year the staff and activities were outstanding. It was $190 a month for the 2 day and $220 for the three day. They are located at the First United Methodist Church on Hwy 79 and Mayes. You don't have to be a member of the church to attend. I would call now to see when registration is because they fill up REALLY fast we were on the waiting list because we were new at this preschool thing and didnt realize you had to start looking a year a head of time insteand during the summer before school started. We checked every one of the schools in the area, but liked this one so much that we signed up on the wait list and decided to take our chances with them. We got a call 4 days before school started and we are very glad we made the decision to wait for COP.
Good Luck
