I'm looking to purchase new office furniture and a couple area rugs for our home. Any suggestions on either are appreciated. So far I've looked at Pottery Barn and The Great Indoors for both. Love the style - not so crazy about the prices :-)
I have had good luck buying inexpensive, quality, area rugs at TJ Max (or Home Goods, World Market, and Pier One. I also have had some luck at Target (especially online since there is a bigger selection). Good luck! Sometimes it starts to feel like a treasure hunt, but I'm always happy when I find a good deal! :)
I bought an entire office layout at IKEA. Best part was using their room planner, you can try out different pieces in your virtual room, so you know how much will fit and how it will look (kind of). Then you can make a list of all the pieces you need before you go to the store. Very easy to put together too. did an entire room by myself in 3 hours.
IKEA has nice stuff for cheap! Also CB2 nice style, but more $ than IKEA. I'm not crazy about IKEA's rugs, have not worn well.
I have 2 large black lateral files (about 42" tall x 34" w x 18 deep) from when I had a home based business. They are a little dinged up, but would be great for storage in a slightly less visible area or closet.
