If you could rate mortgage brokers by 1-10, I give Ida Phillips a 12&1/2. It is painless, she comes to your home and collects all the information. She has been selling mortgages for over 17 years. Our last closing took 1/2 hour. It made buying our new home an even more pleasurable experience.
