Looking for Moms Groups in Bloomfield Township Area

Hi there P.,
I am a coordinator for a MOPS group in Sterling Heights, which isn't too far from you I don't think. We start meeting officially in September, but we will get together some during the summer as well. We have a great, intimate group of about 20 moms that get together on a regular basis and support each other, have fun, socialize, etc. You can email me at ____@____.com and I can give you more info. or you can check out MOPS.org. Also, there is a really big meetup group in Macomb, that has regular gatherings as well, but it's always a different crowd.

Congratulations! Bloomfield is a great place to live. I grew up there. (I'm not there now) Check out Mother's & More of Oakland County. Also, when you get there, grab a "Metro Parent" which is everywhere, and there are mom's groups listed in there. Join Gymboree - a fun place for you and your little one. I have met good friends in interesting places - one of my best I met at a garage sale. Preschool is a great place to meet your best friends. I live about 30 minutes from Bloomfield but you can always call me when you get here. One of my best friends lives about 1 mile from where I grew up. Let me know if you'd like my phone number! My name is C.. We just moved to this area (from another nearby city). What age are your children (child?) I haven't been able to find any moms groups here either. You will LOVE the library here (it's beautiful and the adult/children's section has so many wonderful programs). I have an almost 4 yr old son, Erik (in early June, he will be 4 yrs old) and my daughter, Betsy is 26 months. If you have kids roughly the same age (give or take a yr or two), let me know, b/c that might be fun to get together.
