Looking for Moms Group to Join

Hi,

I live in Denham Springs about 20 mins. away. We just moved here from the Northshore. I am also looking for good conversation and have two girls. One is 2.5 and the other is 9 months, and thinking of having another one. I am going to be starting a MOM's club out here as soon as I get the materials from them. If you are interested in getting together, please let me know. I am 38, and also a stay at home mother. This is all new to me because before my second, I worked full time, and lived in Metairie, LA.

Hi. This is just like the message I sent- kind of. I am 23. I am a single mom. I have a 16 month old boy. He is a trip!! I am in Baton Rouge. I work part time and go to school in Hammond full time. I have family but I recently lost my mom and it's been hard. I lost my dad 11 years ago, as well. I would LOVE for "adult conversation" and somebody for Benjamin to play with! He is usually around adults- my brothers, etc, but LOVES the kids at school and church. I'm just not close enough to them for play dates and what not. Let me know! I'm all for it!!!!!!!!!

I have a 3 year old son and 4 month old son.. I also moved to Baton Rouge 3 years ago and im searching for a new friend and other children for my kids to play with. I know the feeling with having your husband working all the time because thats what my husband seems to be doing alot. Its hard with them not being home and doing everything on your own. If you would like to get together sometime that would be great.

Find a MOPS group(Mothers of Preschoolers). I belong to the one in Ascension and we have a great time. We meet the first Tuesday of the month 9:30-11:30. We have a playdate the third Tuesday and a Moms night out on the last tuesday of the month. We also have a shopping trip and a charity event on our calendar.
