Does Target sell Assets hose? That's their brand of Spanks....a lot less expensive.
I currently work a job where I am on my feet the whole shift. I currently am using Spanx Supporthose, and I like them but I usually only get two weeks out of 1 pair and they are $26 plus shipping, I would like to find something cheaper, but with good
support, probably light to medium support. Ones that don't sag after a few hours or that make you look like you got a tight girdle on. Tell me your favorites and where you get them, thank you so much.
Thank you all for the great ideas, it has helped me know some different ones to try. I think I will try the capezio dance tights they sound interesting and not as costly as spanx. thank you all.

When I need tights I love getting dance tights from Capezio. They have a nice nude color pair too. They really take a beating and hold up and help make your legs still feel comfortable. I've worn them for hours on end doing costuming and they're really held up.
Make sure they are the Capezio brand and not another brand they might carry.
They are a little more expensive but not too bad.
No Nonsense are pretty good, but I had great luck with "Silkies", they hold up well, are inexpensive, but they are mail order, and so they ship frequently and sort of hard to get them to stop.
I worked in retail for almost 20 years and I always wore Hanes support hose. I called them my suit of armor! They were tight and never sagged or lost the support. They used to call them Hanes "Alive" I think, but not totally sure about that. I never found any support hose that worked better, and the price was not bad, either.
The ones from Penney's have great support but if you have long legs you need to buy one - two sizes bigger then you normally would. The spandex is so tight it will cause your toes to cramp (but great support).
To me the best are still either Leggs or No Nonsense.
Hand wash, daily and hang dry. A little tip I learned the hard way, don't use plastic hangers to hang your panty hose they often have a rough spot or two on the hanger and snag or run your panty hose; the best hangers to hang panty hose on is old fashion wire hangers. I simply drape them over the bottom part and let dry. I find I often need as many as 4-5 pair going at once because some nights you don't feel like washing them or they take too long to dry.
