You could give Suzy at try at Relaxation Roost and Day Spa. She is great. Their number is ###-###-####. They are located at 83rd north of Beardsley. Good luck deciding, sounds like you have quite a few to look into.
I am looking for a salon in the Arrowhead area. I have very thick, long hair and would like to get some jagged layers put into it. I used to go to Toni and Guy but it was costing $80. Then I tried Arizona Hair Co. which was $20 and looked that way. Is there a middle ground? Somewhere that would charge about $40? I also want to go to a younger, edgier sort of place because even though I am thirty, I don't want to start having fuddy-duddy hairstyles yet!!!!! I'd appreciate any of your suggestions.

Hi H.,
You might try Dolce Salon and Spa, which is off of Bell and the 101. Make sure you ask for a level 1 stylist, as their cuts start at $45 and go up with each level of stylist. I go there and love it. Good luck!

Try Kristin at Salon Esprit. 67th ave and Happy Valley. She charges $35 or $40 and gives a great cut. She's young and hip, but not too hip, if you know what I mean :-) The salon is definitely on the edgier side.
Hi H.,
I really like Beauty Brands at 75th Ave. and Bell. I see Emylie, but have also seen other sylists there and been happy. They are also in the price range you are looking for and do great kids cuts for $15. My 9 year old daughter loves it!
Good luck!

I go to the velvet seven salon. They are located at 6750 W. Thunderbird. The phone number is ###-###-####. It is a hip salon. I see Jessica she is a stylist and she is $45.00. If you get a master stylist they are more. However I love Jessica and things she does a terrific job. In fact all my friends go to her now after seeing my cuts. Good luck.

I have gone to Miguel Brusuelas at Hair Headlines (16610 N. 75th Ave - 75th Ave and Paradise) for 3 years now. He's very chic/edgie and wonderful with designing layers. He does such a wonderful job my mom has even started going to him! It usually costs around $35 or $40 for a cut and style. Salon phone is ###-###-#### or his line is ###-###-####. Good Luck.
Hi H.! I tried a new shop that just opened up, Dimensions. Its on 83rd Ave, south of Bell Road right by the Coyotes Ice Arena. Prices are reasonable and I LOVED my haircut. Their number is 623-979-HAIR. Its a nice professional place without paying a small fortune.
