My daughter is 11, and I would like to find somewhere that offers cooking classes for us to take together. I know some of the farmers markets have cooking classes for kids. But, I'm looking for one we can do together. Any ideas?

Tualatin Hills Parks & Rec (and no doubt Portland PPR as well) usually offers one-time cooking classes for parents & kids. Check out their online catalogs to see if they have any this spring/summer.

I'm not sure if they do a parent child class, but I've saved the link waiting for my kids to get a bit older so we can try some of her classes.

Check out the Young Chefs Academy in Tualatin. I don't know if it's what you're looking for, but it's worth a shot.

'dunno which part of Portland you live in

I think Bob's Red Mill down in Milwaukie has classes, and during the summer they probably run kid+parent ones ...
