I love dr jenkins at jenkins and leblanc! My son unfortunately had to have extensive dental work at 4 and she was amazing. She was my second opinion doc and I ended up going with her based on a reccomendation from an adult dentist. I live in brookside and for her drive all the way to her 143 office. They are great!

Dr. Jenkins and LeBlanc. They are awesome, and my oldest is not afraid to go to the dentist anymore! It is a very pleasant experience, and no fighting with the children to get them to do something they are not ready for. My three old would not let them touch her mouth the first time we went, but the second time she warmed up to the doctor, and it is was amazing how they worked with her to not be scared. Best place in the world for us!!!!

My daughter is 3 and we took her to the dentist for the first time about 5 months ago. We also went to Jenkins & LeBlanc (but we went to the location on K-7 and Shawnee Mission Pkwy - they have 3 locations). This was her first visit and they did clean her teeth. They were awesome and gave her plenty of kid-friendly info about what they were doing. There are video games in the lobby, tv's at every exam chair and they have tons of videos for the kids to pick from, they get goody bags and a coin when they are done to get a small toy, and they are given ice cream at the end. My daughter loved it! They also took her picture and made her a certificate for her first visit. We saw Dr. LeBlanc (the male) and he was great. Very gentle and reassuring for my daughter. Her next appt is in a month and she talks about going back all the time. I highly recommend them! Oh, their website is www.kidsmilekc.com

Kelly, We love Dr Glenn Hemberger- He's at 110th and Antioch. His staff is amazing- I literally just got back from taking my three kids there 10 minutes ago. My 3 1/2 yr old cried when we had to leave! The office has dinosaurs all over, computers and a climbing structure in the waiting room. There are tvs and games to play in each of the rooms, and they involve the kids in everything they do. He also calls you at home to check on them after any procedure- I was amazed he did this after my daughter had a tiny cavity filled!

We go to Dr. Jenkins and LeBlanc and are very happy with them. They are at 143rd and Metcalf. The office is totally geared toward the children. At the 1st visit, they just give a tour, dentist looks at her teeth and doesn't do much. Its just to make them feel comfortable. The 2nd visit is where they will clean the teeth and my daughter was so freaked out but they made her feel comfortable and didn't pressure her. Needless to say, our 2nd visit she didn't get a cleaning but they were so supportive. Our 3rd visit was much better. At the end, they get coins to purchase little trinkets and ice cream. My kids love it!!!

We love Dr. Jenkins at 143rd and Metcalf! Started seeing her when DD was 2 1/2. Just went back at 3 1/2 and actually got her to lay down on the exam chair this time and got her teeth cleaned a teensy, eensy bit.
