I'm looking for a store where I can purchase a childs recliner for my 16 month old son, I've looked at some stores but none available, any ideas or suggestions
It's not a recliner, but we have the oversized 'anywhere chair' from Pottery Barn kids and our 3 year old (41 inches tall) can sit in it with her legs up. It's a really comfy chair and she loves it.

I saw some at the Cabela's store not that long ago!
Target & walmart will at times have them. Check the on line wlamrt & target stores. We had one for our daughter then my son took it over. It lasted for almost 10 years, well worth the 50 bucks we paidfor it.
