We are going camping next weekend and I still need to get sleeping bags or air beds for all of us plus lanterns and coolers ect. I would love recomendations for where to get all of this or if you have some you would like to unload please let me know what price you would want for it. Thanks in advance for all the great advice.

What can I do next?

Good for you for going camping! You'll have SO MUCH FUN! There is an Academy at Forest and 75, on the east side of 75, near Home Depot. They're usually less expensive for sleeping bags and stuff. Pretty family oriented. They may not carry the sleeping bags that are good for -40 below, but you probably aren't interested in that anyway. Have fun!

We have purchased almost all of our gear at Academy. Their prices are great and they have a good selection. Target and WalMart also carry some good stuff. A camping trip sounds like so much fun right now...enjoy!

We have a set of camping gear for two adults(tent, two sleeping bad, air bag, pump...). We bought from Oshman now it is called SportsAuthority.
If you want to get ours as used condition, please contact me.
I used to camping with my hundshand about twice each year, in last two years. Now with our 6 month old, I don't think we can do it within couple years.

my husband and i do a lot of camping. target always seems to have good quality items at a fair price. academy also has options. if you get an air matress for yourself and husband/mate, i've found the best is just to use normal sheets and blankets. it lets you move more freely so you don't get tangled up in a bag and you can also cuddle!! sleeping bags are great for little ones though. if you get air mattresses, be sure to get an inexpensive pump. they plug into your cigarette lighter and work great! we transport all the bed linens, pillows, etc. in a large canvas laundry bag that we also got at target.
have a great camp out!
