Offer to take him to a sporting event.. whether it is a HS football game or professional. Get him some treats while at the game. He should have a great time, especially if it is something he doesn't often/normally do.
Hello ladies,
Looking for any ideas on a birthday present for my 10 year old newphew. When asked what he wants he just says it doesn't matter. He's into sports, but it seems he has everything sports related already. Please help!!!

How about a gift card so he can get anything he wants. Kids love to have their own cash, gift cards to spend on whatever they want....makes our lives much easier! Hope this may help!
I agree with the other moms about the gift cards. But sometimes you want to give an actual gift so this is what i do when i dont want to give a gift card. I take whoever I need to buy for out for the day telling them we are going to spend the day together. I buy them lunch or dinner and then we go to the store. I watch for what they look and what they spend the most time looking at. I dont buy it right then or even say anything. Then the next day or so I go back and get it. I know its something he/she is going to like cause they picked it without knowing it.
IN that situation, the best gift would be to take him to or give him tickets to a sports team. Just make sure to clear it with his parents.
If he's into sports and you're not sure what he already has, get him a gift card to MCSports or Dick's Sporting Goods. He can then choose what he wants and you're off the hook!
I agree with everyone else-gift card. I have 8 nieces and nephews and the deal is that when they hit double digits, they get a gift card! So much easier
Dear E.,
I might have a solution for you. I represent Usborne Books, which are children's books, and we also have some unusual gifts for children. We have a product called a Kid Kit, and it has a book and an activity to go along with it. These make really cool gifts, and it definitely you won't find in a store. I was looking through the catalog, and we do have a kit for learning to play chess (includes a book on how to play, and a magnetic set for $12.99. We have over 1300 wonderful titles. They are durable, fun, and kids love to get their hands on them! I would definitely think about something like this. Even kids who don't like to read can't get enough of our books. Please check out my website at www.ubah.com/N2285 to view our online catalog (you can also have it shipped directly to him :) ) As far as your two little ones are concerned, you can host a show to receive free books, become a consultant to maybe help pay off a bill or have some extra money, or have an e-show (where people order from the internet via our website, but you still get free books). Take a look and hopefully you will see something that catches your eye! If you have any questions, please feel free to email me at ____@____.com. Happy birthday to your nephew!

C. Elias
