I use the UNT Midwives located in a building on the campus of Harris Methodist. Kathleen Donadlson and her group are GREAT! and unbeknownst to many - they are a full women's services provider, not just for pregnancy.
Kathleen and her group are very thorough and everytime I visit it shows she is up on latest recommendations and screenings needed, etc.
I love my doc, Dr. Barbara Webster with The Woman's Group: http://www.thewomansgroup.com/. All the docs there are fabulous. They're in Bedford. Dr. Webster is very caring, takes time with you to understand your needs, great at providing you options and just a wonderful person.
Also, Texas Health HEB (full disclosure--I work for Texas Health Resources) has a doc shop throughout the year where you get to talk to a bunch of doctors in a speed-dating style. I know people who have found their docs that way. You get to meet about 8 to 12 doctors without paying that many co-pays. You can get more information at www.texashealth.org/docshop.

Omega OB/GYN in Arlington, across the street from the Womens Center at MCA - South Arlington. Dr. Steven Seligman is a fantastic physician - very skilled - very up to date - and truly cares about his patients. The entire staff at Omega is wonderful - great attitude!! While I personally see Dr Seligman, I wouldn't hesitate to see any of the physicians in that group.
I have seen Dr. David McAlpine in Ft. Worth (Baylor SW) for 5 years now and they are like family to me! He helped me through a difficult and painful ectopic pregnancy loss, helped me get pregnant with our now 3 year old, was on board for my VBAC and after 2 back to back miscarriages, helped me diagnose the issue. Top notch! Their # is ###-###-####.
Omega OB/GYN is across the street from MCA Hospital on Omega Dr. (near Matlock) in Arlington. Dr. Stephanie Pickle, or any of the other Dr. in this group are wonderful.
You will absolutely love Dr. Angela Walker ###-###-#### in Arlington and Mansfield. She is in an office with a group of doctors. They have 2 locations. She is awesome. Great patient/doctor bedside manner and answers all your questions, very thorough. Very pleasant.
Dr. Angelo Mendez - Baylor Grapevine.
He is both wonderfully kind and qualified. He was also interviewed a few years ago when the media was discussing some doctors limiting their services or closing shop b/c of the price of malpractice insurance. He stated that his love and passion for what he does makes the increases in his costs worth it. Got to love a guy with passion! I have heard that his business partners are equally well-liked. The staff is very nice and some of them have been there forever. I have gone to that office and Mendez for about 15 years now, through preganancies and female issues as well. Love them!
I use Medical Clinic of North Texas (MCNT) Ob/Gyn Associates. They have an office at USMD South Arlington and an office on Orchard (right across the street from Arlington Memorial Hospital in North Arlington). The doctor I use is Dr. Keryn Dias - love her. She is a great doctor and I would not hesitate to recommend her. I have seen a couple of the other doctors with pregnancy's and when something was going on and couldn't wait and she was out of the office on call. They have all been good. Love the staff there also. Very caring and respectful to their patients. When I have called and talked to the nurse for something I have always gotten a call back when they said they would. Great group !
