What are of town are you looking in? Have you been to the referal office on Corry to see if any homes have openings? Le me know where you're at and I'll tell you which ones I've looked at.
I am currently looking for affordable daycare in Pensacola. I recently moved here from Texas. I am recently out of the service and am looking for a job. My husband is in the military. It is just hard to look for a job when you have no place to have your 6 month old taken care of.

have you tried the Child deveopment center throught the navy. There are three locations
Hi M.,
Since your husband is in the military you are able to use the CDC's on either NAS or Corry. Since your child is still an infant they may not have a slot but you can use Navy home providers like myself. To get a list of providers and or register call them at ###-###-#### for info and get directions to their office. They also subsidize for infants (pay a portion of the childcare) on a sliding scale based on income. I do not have an infant opening right now and dont expect one until after the summer :(....but they have lots of info and providers. Or you can become a provider like I did and be able to have an income while home with your baby???? Each provider sets their price but are very reasonable....I do 24/7 care so if you just want a drop in you'll see my info on the list. Good luck - Patty
What side of town are you on?
Hi M.,
I saw your post on Mamasource. I do not recommend Day Care Centers. I can give you detailed reasons why if you want to know.
I recommend that you find a loving individual to care for your baby.
If you live convenient to the NE Pensacola area, I have an opening for one child. My rate for children up to potty-trained is $100 per week and $90/week for potty-trained.
I wish you the best!
