Looking for a Someone to Make curtains...know of Anyone Good & Not Expensive???

I was also looking for someone a few months ago. I ended up using Carrie Cain, an independent professional interior decorator. Yes, it does cost more than having a regular person with a sewing machine do it, but I felt so much more comfortable with her. She will come over to your home and give you a no obligation estimate totally free of charge. She can go as simple or elaborate as you like. I did find that she was much less expensive than most other professionals. She will bring fabric swatch books if you like, but it is cheaper to go and buy your fabric and give it to her. She did my bedroom, game room, and living room and I am very happy with the work. Her number is ###-###-####.

I just started redecorating my sons room (music/rocknroll) and I've had this ideal in my head about what I wanted. I want black drapes with keyboard/piano keys on the bottom, a bedskirt that is the same and a black bedspread with the outline of a guitar on it. Not so easy to find!!! Anyway, my boyfriend just checked with a friends mom who sews and I guess she does this and said she can do all this for me.
