I have moved to Frisco a year ago and still looking for a good pediatrician in my area. I am looking for someone not too old who is about to retire yet not to young or inexperienced.

What can I do next?

I know that you said that you are looking for a good pediatrician in Frisco, but I thought that I would share our pediatrician in Allen with you. We use Raintree Pediatrics, and we love them!!! They are very close to Presbyterian Hospital of Allen, right off Central Expressway (75). You can check out their website: http://www.raintreepediatrics.com/ . Good luck!

Dr. Richard Nail of Centennial Pediatrics is a wonderful doctor. In fact all the doctors are this location. They just moved to a new building at 5560 Independence Parkway in Frisco. They use to be at Centennial Medical Center but the new location is wonderful. Dr. Nail is such a friendly doctor and very informative. He has no problem answering all your questions and when our youngest got sick his office set an appt for her in 10 minutes of me calling; i rushed right over. Here is there website. http://www.centennialpediatrics.net/
You can also view all the docs at this location.

We go to Piga Primary Care on Warren. My daughter (almost 16) loves them. We started with Dr. Nena Piga in Plano and we do love her.

Naomi is Dr. Nena's daughter and a few years ago, Dr. Naomi joined her mom's practice. Dr. Versallie Capote-Piga is married to Dr. Nena's son, Dr. Jonathon

About a year ago, Naomi, Versallie and and Jonathon opened Piga Primary Care in Frisco. We had to choose between mom Nena and the new place. Dr. Nena had been our pedi since daughter's birth.

I allowed my daughter to choose because she is old enough to need a Dr. she loves and feels comfortable with. She chose to go to Frisco. They listen, spend time with you to make sure you are aware of everything. They have not been pushy on vaccines (primarily Guardisil because we refuse that one).

Good luck! The Frisco/Plano/Allen area have some great pedi's.

I agree with Shauna G...Centennial Pediatrics is wonderful. There's three male doctors and one female and they are all so awesome. My three kids see Dr. Guetersloh and LOVE him. However, we have seen all the doc's during sick visits and Saturday visits here and there and I love all of them.
