We did the same thing you are doing. The realtor we used was named Stephanie Rogers, or Rodgers? She works for Claus realty and we found her on the internet. She was very easy going, and had many houses for us to look at during the short time we were in town. Highly recommended. You can also browse homes at the Claus realty website so you get an idea of what you are looking for in your area.

They were so accomodating. Kelley is really a type-A personality and gets back with you so quickly whenever you email or call (if she doesn't answer which she normally does).
