I am looking for places to hold personal training boot camps in the Carrollton, Lewisville, Frisco and Plano areas. The best places are dance studios, karate studios, or large empty spaces. I am willing to pay a monthly usage fee and will contribute more money to the owner as my business grows. In other words, the busier I am, the more money they will make. This is out of the area you're requesting, but Move Studio (www.movestudio.com) rents out their studios. It's located at Preston & Campbell in Dallas. It is a great facility.
I am the manager of a Corporate Fitness Facility in Plano. We have a large grassy area outdoors, as well as outdoor tennis courts that are never used, and a gym and two aerobics rooms.

the City of Frisco just opened their new rec. center last month and they have plenty of room. you will probably have to be lited in their "Frisco Fun" guide and people would sign up for your class throught the city.

I am really in need of a boot camp experience myself. PLEASE send me more info when you get things going.
I am also in the Richardson area (east of 75 @ Arapaho & Beltline off Plano Rd.) There is a great park over here called Huffines Park. They also have a nice size rec center. I would recommend places like that although I don't know if you want to come as far down as the Richardson area, but I would be willing to possibly travel to Plano.
