Hi A.,
I live in West Chester and highly, highly recommend Dr. Ruchhoft at For Women. She is one of 7 or 8 (I've lost track since they have added on) women OB/GYN doctors, and they deliver at Good Samaritan, primarily, and sometimes Christ Hospital. When I had my second child last year, my uterus ruptured for no apparent reason (at the time there was no apparent reason as I had never had any previous abdominal surgery of any kind- but just found out two months ago that I have Vascular Ehlers-Danlos syndrome at the urging of Dr. Ruchhoft to check into it) and because Dr. Ruchhoft was so good, she saved my life and my son's life. I think they are the best practice around. I delivered at Good Samaritan and believe that that is THE best hospital in the area to deliver in. Their NICU is unparallel to the rest of the delivering hospitals- the only one with a level 3 NICU. And, Cincinnati Children's Hospital doctors also work with or coordinate with Good Sam.- they are the only one with a level 4 NICU. I know first hand because of the awesome care my son received when he was born. He is now 19 months old, and you would never know what a rough delivery he had. I also recovered very well. For Women has an office on the corner of Reading Rd. and Glendale Milford Rd. in Evendale. It takes about 15 minutes to get to from West Chester. If you're interested in contacting them, their number is ###-###-####. Good luck with your quest for a doctor, and feel free to e-mail me with any questions you might have.
A.
