I used Dr. Castellano for a long time. The only downfall is that the waiting room is always full and you are always rushed in and rushed out.She is however, very good.
I love Bente Berman in Agoura but it is really hard to get in. Totally worth the wait!!!

Her user name is Sue C, and she had many responses, you might want to see if you could look her post up.
Good luck!
Dr. Helene Rosenzweig is great; very nice, professional, not a long wait, well run office. She's in Encino at 16260 Ventura Blvd. The office number is ###-###-####.
If you call, tell them what you are looking for in a doctor and if she's not the right one they will set you up with someone that is.
Best of luck to you.
I have a great on in Beverly Hills, Dr. Robin Schaffran, ###-###-####.
I live in Sherman Oaks too, but found a great dermo in Beverly Hills, Vickie Rapaport, ###-###-####. My son suffers from eczema and she was the only one who was able to prescribe a cream that just wiped it out!! She is definitely worth the drive.
Hi K., I have a good recommendation for a female dermatologist in Glendale. Her name is Han Lee on Arden Ave. in Glendale. My son who is now 3 saw her when he was around 19 months for a mystery skin rash which wasn't diagnosed properly as "ezcema" until we saw her. My son has not had any skin problems since. We only had to see her twice. Problem resolved. Before that, his Pediatrician misdiagnosed him & prescribed harmful meds & I even listened to a well meaning co-worker to try Tea Tree Oil for his skin rash but until seeing Dr. Lee, we were lost. Hope you get as good or better results as we did w/her. Good luck!
